KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PRIOR TO YOUR TRAVELS
Please be sure that you are familiar with all information provided by your rental company host, i.e. the company from whom you rented
the home or condo, and that you are traveling with that information. This would include location of the property (community, unit number, address),
directions to the property, community or home gate codes, key box codes, check-in and check-out times. Also, you will need to have the
contact name and phone number for your rental company or island host should you need assistance with anything related to the home or condo
you are renting.
It might be helpful to review any e-mails or correspondence you have had with your rental company host to be sure that you have all that is
needed from them prior to your arrival as they may not be readily available at the time of day when you arrive.
NOTE that our membership department and hotel staff are not able to assist with access or information regarding the specific home or condo you
are renting on the resort.
