GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
The Club at Mauna Kea Resort (“The Club”) is an amenity program operated within the grounds and facilities of Mauna Kea Resort (the “Resort”),
which includes Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Mauna Kea Golf Course, The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, and Hapuna Golf Course. The Amenity Program
provides access to and use of certain facilities within the Resort to allow Participants and their immediate family and guests to relax, play, and
socialize with their friends and neighbors while enjoying the superior recreational facilities that are part of The Club.
Participation in The Club is at all times subject to the Governing Documents ("Club Rules and Regulations"), which can be subject to amendment,
modification and/or termination at any time by The Club. In addition, policies, guidelines, systems, and/or pricing governing The Club and/or the
Club Facilities can be established from time to time by The Club in its sole and absolute discretion.
The Amenity Program runs from January 1 through December 31 and the annual fee is fully earned upon receipt.
Members are required to present appropriate membership identification whenever resort service is requested and membership identification is not
transferable. Mauna Kea Resort reserves the right to modify access for members, if necessary, due to high hotel occupancy or safety considerations.
Resort credit for membership paid by the published early-pay deadline is issued as a promotional gift and expires on December 31 of the current
membership year. Specific Platinum member benefits which include the daily Platinum Breakfast Buffet and room nights at both Mauna Kea Beach Hotel
and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort expire on December 14 of the current membership year.
Membership includes a resort account, which enables the member, spouse/partner and immediate children to sign for charges that are incurred for dining,
retail and activities on the resort. In the event that any amounts owed to the resort are not paid on a timely basis, it is understood that a late fee
may be charged in accordance with the Governing Documents ("Club Rules and Regulations").
Enrollment in The Club at Mauna Kea Resort serves as an Acknowledgement and Acceptance of the Governing Documents ("Club Rules and Regulations").
